EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) or “Tapping”

EFT is a self-help method that combines elements of cognitive therapy and acupressure to manage stress, anxiety, and other emotional or physical issues. This means when you learn the technique, you can practice on yourself for a variety of issues. It involves tapping on specific meridian points on the body while focusing on the issue you want to address. EFT is based on the idea that emotional and physical distress can stem from imbalances in the body's energy system. By stimulating specific acupressure points, EFT aims to restore balance and alleviate negative emotions.

I am excited to bring EFT to you and see how it can improve your overall well-being. When I came across EFT, I was surprised at the long-lasting positive effects. I am offering EFT sessions (internationally) as a service. And I am offering EFT in my therapy sessions (State of Wisconsin) at the request of the client.
